The Fax node sends a document out as a fax. In industries that still run on fax, healthcare, legal, logistics, it is the delivery step that gets a finished PDF to the other side the way they actually accept it.

How it works

When the workflow reaches this node, it faxes the document to the number you set. No fax machine, no manual dialing, it goes out as part of the automated flow.

It needs a PDF, so if your result is a web page or another format, add a Convert step just before it to produce the PDF first.

What if my result is not a PDF?

Add a Convert node right before this one to turn a web page or document into a PDF, which is what the fax step sends.
