Render document

Merge data + template → document

Fills a prepared page template (like a one-page summary or grade report) with the data your job collected, producing a finished, branded document. It is mail-merge for a whole page, not a single form field.

How it works

You design or provide a template once: a report layout with your logo, headings, and blanks where values go. This node drops the job's data into those blanks and hands back a polished document you can send, store, or print.

Unlike filling in a fixed PDF form, this builds the whole page from your template, so tables, sections, and paragraphs can grow or shrink to fit whatever the data holds. A summary for a five-line applicant and a fifty-line applicant both come out looking clean.

Use it as the final presentation step after the thinking is done. Once extract and analyze have turned raw documents into structured data, this node is what turns that data into something a person actually reads.

What you set up

  • Pick the template the document should be built from (your branded layout).
  • Map the job's data values to the placeholders in that template.
  • Choose the output format you want the finished document delivered as.

Common questions

How is this different from PDF fill?

PDF fill types values into a fixed form that already exists. Render document builds a whole page from your own layout, so sections and tables can resize to fit the data.

Can I reuse the same template across jobs?

Yes. The template is designed once and reused for every job, so every document comes out with the same consistent look and branding.
