Hosted Form

Public URL or embedded iframe

Hosted Form is a public form dojobase hosts for you, at its own web link or embedded right on your site, where visitors upload files or answer questions. Each submission starts a job, so customers can feed your workflow without ever logging in.

How it works

You design what the form asks for, files, a few fields, or both, and dojobase gives you a shareable link plus a snippet you can drop onto your own website. A visitor fills it out, hits submit, and behind the scenes your full workflow runs on what they sent.

This is the customer-facing front door. Where the upload form is for your staff, the Hosted Form is for the outside world: applicants sending documents, clients requesting something, leads landing on a marketing page and trying your tool.

Because it lives at a public address, it also doubles as a landing page you can point ads or search traffic at. Someone finds "split a PDF" or "submit your paperwork," uses the form, and enters your process at the same time.

Common questions

Do visitors need an account to use the form?

No. That is the whole point: anyone with the link can submit, no login required.

Can I put it on my own website?

Yes. Use the shareable link, or embed the form directly into a page on your site.
